Kind Hearts Make Gardens

I am very happy to say that we have finally arrived at Penally and are settling in to Brambles Lodge. It has been a tricky journey that took 9 hours of train/school bus travelling. Our walking from the beginning of the Coast Path at Amroth got underway at 4.20 pm.

Apart from a stop for a meal in Tenby we walked the 9.5 miles pretty much without stopping. Given that the Cardiff train from Nottingham was cancelled due to signal failure, we had to get 6 trains instead of 3, and we arrived at the path 2.5 hours later than expected makes our achievement even more worth celebrating! Thanks friend Broni, I couldnt have done it without you!
